Description

I decided to join Ferrero because my wife has worked for the Ferrero Group in both Ukraine and Germany for many years and encouraged me to apply.

I began working as a production worker in the Ferrero Rocher packaging department. At that time, my German was still limited, and a production role required less advanced German than an office-based position.

I currently work on the Ferrero Rocher forming line, where I monitor the machines, check product quality, follow safety procedures, and ensure that the production process runs smoothly.

Although the job is physically demanding, I am comfortable with physical work and always carry out my duties carefully and reliably. I appreciate being part of a supportive team and enjoy working with my colleagues.

I am also learning how to use my department’s central control system, which is used to configure, monitor, and operate the machines. I find this particularly interesting because I am studying programming and enjoy working with modern technology.

In the future, I hope to combine my practical production experience with my programming skills and contribute to developing digital solutions that improve production processes. I also believe that as my German improves, I will overcome the language barrier and have the opportunity to move into an office-based or technical role. This would allow me to build on the professional experience gained during my previous career.
