Description

Founded and managed a transport and logistics company operating in the Paris region and across Europe, specializing in distribution logistics, transport services and warehouse operations.

Managed fleet operations, coordinated deliveries and optimized logistics workflows to ensure efficient distribution of goods.

Oversaw warehouse operations with storage capacity of approximately 200 pallets, improving inventory management and space utilization.

Handled international logistics operations across Europe, achieving an annual turnover of approximately €120,000.

This company served as the foundation for the later development of Nikita Transports in France and Poland.

This experience demonstrates that I can build something valuable from almost nothing. I launched the company entirely from scratch, without an established customer base, fleet, warehouse or operating structure, and developed it within just a few years in a market that was new to me. Building a functioning transport and logistics business with its own vehicles, storage facility, customers and international operations was a significant entrepreneurial success. It reflects my initiative, resourcefulness and ability to turn an idea into a sustainable business.

In France, I often heard that someone who works exceptionally well will eventually succeed in the market. I worked hard and gave this company everything I had. It became an opportunity to prove what I could do and a field in which I could combine all my strongest qualities: my interest in economics, my passion for marketing, my organizational skills and my love of travel and discovering new places. At that stage of my life, the business brought together almost everything I genuinely enjoyed.

At the same time, this experience led me to an important and more critical conclusion. From my personal perspective, the quality of life and the conditions for building a business in France deteriorated year after year. What I observed in everyday life and as an entrepreneur did not always correspond with the officially presented picture of economic success. In my view, creating and developing a company in France became an increasingly difficult and risky path. This contrast between my company’s achievements and the wider environment became one of the most important lessons of my entrepreneurial experience.

This was the main reason I later closed Nikita Transports SAS. The company started successfully, but business conditions became increasingly difficult, and continuing was no longer the right choice.
