Key Responsibilities

International trade fairs and market development

As Export Sales Manager, I organized and managed the BRYK Ukraine exhibition stand at PRIMUS: Woodworking Industry 2008, held at the International Exhibition Centre in Kiev, Ukraine, from 23 to 27 September 2008. This work included planning the stand, presenting the company's industrial tools, meeting business partners and developing the Ukrainian market. I also represented BRYK at DREMA and other woodworking-industry trade events in Poznań, Poland.

One important result of this work was acquiring Swedwood Ukraine as a new customer. At that time, Swedwood was the industrial furniture-manufacturing group within IKEA Group, producing and supplying furniture for IKEA.

I also initiated cooperation with the Krono Group in Ukraine. I personally organized cross-border transport, prepared the required customs documentation, completed customs clearance and handled all related formalities without using an external customs or logistics agency.

I acquired approximately ten new customers in the Ukrainian market. At the same time, I maintained relationships with the company’s existing customers, supported their ongoing cooperation with BRYK and helped develop these commercial partnerships.
