This work included planning the stand, presenting the company's industrial tools, meeting business partners and developing the Ukrainian market. One important result of this work was acquiring Swedwood Ukraine as a new customer. At that time, Swedwood was the industrial furniture-manufacturing group within IKEA Group, producing and supplying furniture for IKEA.
I also initiated cooperation with the Krono Group in Ukraine. I personally organized cross-border transport, prepared the required customs documentation, completed customs clearance and handled all related formalities without using an external customs or logistics agency.
I acquired approximately ten new customers in the Ukrainian market. At the same time, I maintained relationships with the company’s existing customers, supported their ongoing cooperation with BRYK and helped develop these commercial partnerships.
